B) SINCERITY AND COOPERATION OF PATIENT 

C) DOCTOR PATIENT RELATIONSHIP 

D) TIME AND ENERGY WHICH THE PATIENT CAN AFFORD TO CONTRIBUTE FOR CURING HIS ILLNESS.
